How do I return an item?

You can return cushions within 7 days of receipt, however any item that is cut to length or made-to-measure is non-refundable (this includes fabric by the metre or bespoke cut curtains). When ordering bespoke items we recommend ordering a sample to ensure you are happy with the fabric.

To generate a returns note for any other item, please contact our customer care team by emailing customercare@ewbyedinburghweavers.com or calling 01204 900802.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • Your full name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your contact number and address;
  • The name of the item(s) you are looking to return;
  • The reason for your return.

You must send this message to our team before you attempt to return an item. We will then create a free returns label for you, so that you can return the item free of charge. You must send the goods back to us at the address we provide for any refund to be processed.

Subject to the item being returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, we will issue the refund within 7 working days of the receipt of the item, with the refund being made to the original payment method. We will contact you if we have any queries about your return.

Please note, any refund processed will be minus any charges incurred by us including any delivery charge.

Incorrect or faulty items

In the unlikely situation that you receive the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact our customer services department by emailing customercare@ewbyedinburghweavers.com or calling 01204 900802.

Lost or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days from the delivery of the goods.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. We are not able to accept responsibility for wear and tear, accidental damage and neglect or misuse.
