How do I return an item?

We offer free returns on any cushion order.

Just email customercare@edinburghweavershome.com or call 01204 900802 within 7 days of receiving your cushions, and provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • Your full name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your contact number and address;
  • The name of the item(s) you are looking to return;
  • The reason for your return.

We will then create a free returns label for you so that you can return the item free of charge. You must send the goods back to us at the address we provide for any refund to be processed. Please note that if you send an item to us without our own returns label, you will not be reimbursed for the postage.

Subject to the item being returned in its original condition and its original packaging, we will issue the refund within 7 working days of the receipt of the item, with the refund being made to the original payment method.


Cut to length or made-to-measure.

Any item cut to length or made-to-measure is non-refundable (this includes fabric by the metre or bespoke cut curtains). When ordering bespoke items, we recommend ordering a sample to ensure you are happy with the fabric.

Incorrect or faulty items

In the unlikely situation that you receive the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact our customer services department by emailing customercare@edinburghweavershome.com or calling 01204 900802.

Lost or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 days of the confirmed delivery of the goods.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. We cannot accept responsibility for wear and tear, accidental damage, or neglect of the package.
